Refund policy

All full priced merchandise is available for return, exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for return, all products must be in their original unworn condition, unwashed with the original tags and box or dustbag included (if applicable). Returns requested after 10 days of receipt are subject to store credit only.

Email your return request to minniets@verizon.net with your order number in the subject line. An RMA number will be assigned to your return. Please write this number on the outside of the return package. We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.

In case of an incorrect or defective item directly contact minniets@verizon.net. Therefore we will assume all costs for shipping and handling.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that we are not responsible if returned goods are lost or damaged in transit. We advise that all return packages be insured.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by Minnie T's. Refunds will be made on the same payment method as the original order. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
